Therapeutic Touch Therapy (TTT)
TTT is a gentle yet powerful hands-on somatic bodywork method designed to bring your awareness to how emotions are held in your body. These insights allow deep tension release and restore full natural breathing.
Unlike the mind, the body does not attach stories and beliefs to our experience- it simply feels. Any emotions that we do not express are suppressed and held in the body. We do this by unconsciously restricting our breathing and tensing our muscles.
TTT guides you towards recognizing how you may be contributing to the limitations in your life and offers you space to integrate held emotions, which leads to healing and a deeper connection to who we truly are.
What clients say
Throughout our lives, stress and emotions get stored in the body, often as muscular tension and restricted breath. This therapy gently meets these areas with touch and awareness, helping you to:
Recognize where you’re holding tension
Soften and release patterns of physical and emotional holding
Restore ease and fluidity in your breath and movement
Deepen your connection to yourself in a safe, supportive space
Sessions are not about fixing anything but rather listening to your body and allowing it to naturally unwind.
How it Works
What You’ll Gain
People often leave a session feeling:
Lighter and more relaxed
A deeper sense of emotional clarity
More at ease in their body
Increased breath capacity and flow
A sense of being deeply seen and supported
What to Expect
Sessions take place in your underwear (like a massage), covered with a sheet.
You’ll lie on a treatment table while I use gentle, intuitive touch to meet areas of tension.
There’s no need to talk or analyse—just a space to feel, breathe, and allow natural shifts to happen.
Changes in breath, sensations, or emotional insights may arise as your body releases.
This is a deeply restorative experience, inviting you to meet yourself with compassion and curiosity
