Together, we’ll uncover the root causes of your struggles, (addictions, feeling stuck in your life, stress and anxiety, childhood trauma) using a unique blend of somatic inquiry, Internal Family Systems (IFS), and mindset techniques. Whether these challenges stem from childhood or more recent experiences, we’ll carefully piece together the layers of your story. Negative behaviours are often protective mechanisms shaped by past experiences, designed by the brain to keep us safe. Once we identify these root causes, we can begin to heal the parts of you that need support, allowing you to move forward with clarity and self-compassion.

Once we uncover the root causes, we’ll use breathwork, meditation, and movement practices to gently release the emotional and physical burdens stored within your body. This creates space for healing, growth, and transformation. Through the lens of neuroscience, we’ll retrain your behavioural patterns, introducing new ways of thinking that become the dominant pathways for your brain.
